Maggie Valley Inn Policies

Deposit Policy: The first night's stay is required to guarantee your room with the remainder balance collected at check in.

Cancellation Policy: A refund of your deposit will be issued when you cancel your reservation at least 7 days in advance, less a $10 processing fee.

Smoking Policy: Smoking in a non-smoking room can result in a $100 cleaning fee.

Pet Policy: Please call our Reservations Office (866-926-0201 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.) to request a pet-friendly room. Not all rooms can accommodate your pet. A $50 pet fee is required at check in. A refund of $25 will be issued at check out after confirmation of no damages to the room.

Alcohol: All alcohol consumed in common areas must be purchased in our lounge or at our Tiki Bar. ABC laws govern the common areas including our Lounge, Tiki Bar, and parking lot. These laws do not apply to guest rooms.
